We had a very interesting new meal last night. Not sure on the cost.

We got golden potatoes and sliced them thick, then put velvetta on top of them in the crock pot. Then added chicken breast coated with 2 Tbs of montreal chicken seasoning. Then you make a mixture to put on top of the chicken that included 1 can of cream of potato soup, bacon crumbles, chives, garlic, and onion. Cook for 4-5 hours in the crockpot. It was pretty darn good....I would of liked it creamier...maybe I should of added a little sour cream or cream cheese to it. Or maybe just another can of soup.

Chris stayed after work for a party for someone that got let go from the company, which he was close to so they went to a local place for some appetizers and drinks. Good thing my hubby isnt a drinker. His mini burgers and 2 drinks were 20 bucks. I had him pick me up a burger on the way since it was late, 5 bucks or so I believe.

Pork Chops again, I usually dont like pork chops but I will eat the thick cut ones. I decided it sounded good to me again after we just had them. I had Chris grill them ...yum! I also made green bean casserole to go along with it...which I love and I think I love the leftovers more the next day!

3.50 for pork chops
1.50 for green bean casserole using leftover crunchies stuff so no clue how much that is

3-9

We got Chinese from the local Heaven Dragon that we rave about with family. I have lately gotten the vietnamese noodle bowls every time we get it now!! Funny how I would never try fish sauce and you put all the stuff in your bowl and then dump the sauce all over it lol.

Hobos...ugh I crave these things!!!

Hamburger made into a patty with corn and green beans and sliced potatoes. Add salt, pepper and lawrys salt on top...be generous with the lawrys, it seems I put more then I should and then cant taste it. Add a little pad of butter too so it doesnt taste dried out!!!

2.25!! cheapo meal!!

Its March already! Cannot believe it! Tonight for dinner is steak and ravioli soup in the crock pot. Yum Yum!!
I buy steak cubes for like beef stew and a jar of Marinara sauce and cheese ravioli...THATS IT! Add 2 cups of water to the meat and whole jar of marinara sauce. Cook for 8 hours in crock pot. 30 minutes before you are ready to serve throw in the frozen ravioli (dont unthaw the bag) and cook...top with parm cheese...yum yum and sooooo easy!! My kind of meal!

Meat was 5.50, Ravioli was 2.50 and sauce was 2.50 not terrible but not the cheapest Ive ever made.
