Ham, Egg & Cheese Burritos

I got some ham leftover from Christmas dinner I pulled out the freezer so we are gonna make some breakfast burritos with it. I dont like anything to crazy in my eggs so just eggs, ham and cheese. We may have some salsa in the fridge for Chris to use if he wants it. I always use flour tortillas for our burritos. I cant find my reciept to break down the dinner exactly but estimated is $3.29...with some left over tortillas and shredded cheese!

Chicken breast in crock pot (I always do 4) with Italian seasoning mix sprinkled on them. Add 3/4 cup of water. Cook for 8 hours in crock pot. During the last hour, combine one package of cream cheese, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, can of mushrooms all together and then add to the crock pot. Cook for the remaining hour. Cook noodles per package. BEST DINNER EVER!!! Come out to $9.25 for 4 chicken breasts which will certainly give us another meal!

Meatloaf
Mashed Potatoes
Canned Corn

I keep my meatloaf simple and my hubby loves it and always gets seconds and asks for it often...he must really love it. I just take hamburger and mix in some ketchup and little bit of yellow mustard, 1 egg and breadcrumbs. Mix it all together and make into a loaf, then top with lots of ketchup!. Bake at 350 for around 40 minutes or til browned around the edges. For for my meatloaf, mashed pototoes and corn I spent $3.00!! Love it

We had a date night to the movies and it was a long movie so it interfered with dinner. The kids had stuff at Nick and Tam's and when we got home we had hot dogs. 75 cents for the hot dogs with leftover buns in the freezer that I purchased before I started keeping track of everything. I had one hot dog and then a cheese stick. 25 cents for the cheese stick so total dinner was $1.00...wasnt a great meal but it was a rushed really late meal...and cheap!!

Hobos-Its whats for dinner!

We had hobos tonight. Not sure if everyone knows what they are . Got the idea from my sister Heather. I love these things, such comfort food!!! Hamburger made into a patty, sliced potatoes on top, corn and green beans. My sister uses onions too but I just use onion powder. Sprinkle generously with Lawry's salt. Salt and pepper. All this is in a tin foil package. Butter pads on top. Bake in oven at 375 for around 35 minutes or until hamburger is done to your liking! Yum Yum!!! I could eat this ALL the time...and it only cost me......3.00!!!
